I struggle with anxiety, especially during the evening. I downloaded the app because I wanted to try out mindfulness. Although I haven’t done many (I want to do one each day this year), I still get so much out of this app. As mentioned I struggle with falling asleep, but the music and stories in this app can put me asleep within 10 minutes. I’ve gotten many hours of sleep extra each night since doing so. I cannot live without it anymore. I’m very excited to start with mindfulness each morning! Keep up the good work! By the way, are you working on the android version? – my wife, would love to try Calmind, too.
